Hey,

My client’s (dcrailandhobby) WordPress website does not have the option to select a product image/thumbnail for any of their products. Similarly, none of the gallery images are displaying. I’ve switched to the Storefront theme & also disabled all plugins with no good result. I’ve also tried an image regeneration plugin.

Another weird thing to note: when I create a variation of an item & select a thumbnail image, that image will display when the dropdown item is selected.

Please help!

Hi there,

On the Edit Product page, check in the Screen Options (tab in top right corner) to make sure the options for Product Image and Product gallery are both enabled like this:
