Product Image Size Issue

  • Unable to upload product image on frontend. Keep getting the error message below, but the upload size on my server is 1000MB. Any suggestions? Thanks!

    “Post-processing of the image failed likely because the server is busy or does not have enough resources. Uploading a smaller image may help. Suggested maximum size is 2500 pixels.”

  • BUMP! I’m having the same issue …. this is an issue with WCFM because I can upload straight to the media library just fine, but a vendor can’t upload from store manager. They get the error.

    Possibly you are using another membership plugin or some security plugin. Those are causing such restriction issue for vendor users.
