    Hello,

    Many of our product’s images got missed since Thursday (11/18/2021). We are sure that those products were posted with pictures. I really appreciate it if you can help us with this issue.

    Thanks for getting back with more information.

    You mentioned earlier

    I assign images again for 5 different products yesterday, and they are missing again today

    and from what you describe this could be probably an issue with the database not saving data.

    We can’t really help much with database issues here, so I recommend getting back to your hosting provider and let them check this further. Your host’s support team also has access to server logs that can offer additional insights to be able to figure out why images are not being saved.

    Also, take a look at your WooCommerce logs and if you see any recent fatal errors please share them here. You can find errors under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs. In the top right corner, open the drop-down and select the latest fatal error log, then click view to load it. Copy/paste the log into your response on this thread.

    Hello,

    When I go to WooCommerce > System Status > Logs , on the top right there is just one option and its ” test-log.log ( December 06, 2021 at 11:51 EST) ” and there is no option for latest fatal error.

    That means there are no fatal errors, which is great.

    Please follow up with your hosting provider as recommended by @rainfallnixfig before.

    After 3 weeks we still have the same issue and we are just loosing customers.

    Hello,

    Sorry to hear the issue persists.

    Let’s try revisiting the plugin troubleshooting we suggested earlier. There must be something else working there, so I ask that you try disabling all other plugins, add a few images and leave it like that overnight.

    If the images remain, then there’s one plugin causing the issue.

    If the images disappear again, then it’s best to reach out to your host again.
