You mentioned earlier
I assign images again for 5 different products yesterday, and they are missing again today
and from what you describe this could be probably an issue with the database not saving data.
We can’t really help much with database issues here, so I recommend getting back to your hosting provider and let them check this further. Your host’s support team also has access to server logs that can offer additional insights to be able to figure out why images are not being saved.
Also, take a look at your WooCommerce logs and if you see any recent fatal errors please share them here. You can find errors under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs
. In the top right corner, open the drop-down and select the latest fatal error log, then click view to load it. Copy/paste the log into your response on this thread.
