Product images are missing

Hello,

Since Almost one month ago our product images started missing. We are using Woocommerce for our online shopping so we started contacting with them about this issue they suggested to update our database and we did but still as soon we assigned pictures they got missed again. Pictures are from front end and back end and even media. Woocommerce believe that this problem is from our host. We really appreciate if you help us with this matter.
