Product Images | Elementor

I have a popup when a customer scroll down on my page, to give them the incentive to add to cart, and I can add everything inside the popup except product images, and I kinda need it there as I would like them to see how the different colors look inside the popup. I’m confused why everything works, even featured images but not product images? any ideas?
