let say if ive got an existing product and i want to change the image, i click on the image and it shows an empty media library unless i click load more and it still does not add the image.

    HI @a95web!

It looks like this could be happening due to a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

To be sure, please perform a conflict test by temporarily switching your theme back to Storefront, disabling all plugins except WooCommerce and repeating the action that is causing the problem. If that solves it, then re-enable all plugins one-by-one, until you find the one creating the conflict.

If you can’t perform a conflict test on your live site, we recommend creating a staging site using the WP Staging plugin.

You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/.

Let us know how that goes for you!

hi, thank you, the culprit is Ibtana – WordPress Website Builder. how can i rollback on this plugin please?

You can disable this plugin by going to Plugins > Installed Plugins, then search for the Ibtana plugin and click the Deactivate option.

Once you do this, the plugin will stop working on your site. If you want to delete the plugin and its data as well, you can select it, and then in the Bulk actions dropdown menu select the Delete option.

Hi, im actually not sure if im using this for something, ive had it activated from the beginning which why i want to rollback to a previous version please?

    Hi @a95web

Please note that rolling back to an outdated version of WooCommerce may cause all sorts of issues, including security vulnerabilities. Therefore running a previous version of WooCommerce is not a proper solution.

I understand that you’ve been using Ibtana – WordPress Website Builder since the beginning. As it seems to be having compatibility issues with the latest version of WooCommerce, you should get in touch with its support team/developers and report the issue. They may update the plugin or take any necessary steps to assist you with this.

You can post a topic in their forum here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/ibtana-visual-editor/

    ok thanks

Hi, I am having the same issue here. I will only get a product image on the archive page AFTER clicking the product page image – on the product page.

I have tried to disable both all plugins and theme – but nothing happens.

    WP version 5.8.3
    WOO version 6.0.0

    Best,
