    Hello, i started yesterday developing the website with Blocksy and I came to one problem that product images dont show at single product and i dont know how to fix it or solve it.

    Honestly, I have not been able to detect anything from the front end that would break this. There must be something at a lower level.

    Would it be possible to send us a snapshot of this site, made with this plugin – https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/? This would help us analyse how things are and offer a fix.

    Simply go to the backups pane and push “create backup”. It should generate a .wpress file that you’ll need to send to us – https://creativethemes.com/blocksy/support/. You can upload it to wetransfer.com

    Ok, I spun up the backup and found the error. It has to do something with the thumbnail image size and spacing for the gallery.

    A fix should be provided in the next update, after the devs investigate this thoroughly.

    In the mean time, please go to the Customiser -> Single Product -> Product Gallery -> Thumbnail spacing and modify the value by 1px, then save. It should be a temporary workaround.

    Thank you so much for inspecting it, this workaround helped while Im in customizer, but when Im at live site the problem is still showing even after flushed cache.

    Try decreasing the thumbnail size to something more moderate, such as 200px. Then save, then modify the thumbnail spacing once again.

    Let me know if this works.

    But yes, we should be taking care of this in the next update.

    Yes, after some playing with the thumbanil sizes it works fine on live site as well. I will look forward to next update. Thanks again for amazing support!
