Product Images not Showing on Oceanwp

  • Hi,

    I’m building a dropshipping/product vendor website with oceanwp and elementor pro. However, I’ve added products to the website but the product images aren’t showing on the product archive page, it only shows when I try to do a quick view and its visible on checkout area. On the other hand, the products I want to dropship are showing properly. What could be the cause of this and how can I fix it?

    NB: I’ve deactivated plugins and tried but it isn’t working

    The issue facing because the image size dimension showing 1px width and height.

    Please go to Appearance > Customize > Woocommerce > Product images, and set the size as per need.

    If not resolved with the above, Try to disable all the nonocean plugin except the woocommerce and check if it is working or not. If yes, enable the one by one plugin, and refresh the page after enabling each plugin, to check the conflict issue.
