    I have https and no lazy load yet the product pictures show up in preview but looks broken/ does not show up in test emails. How can I fix that? Thanks

    Hey,
    What email inbox platform are you using to check your test emails?
    Have you tried reaching out to your host? It’s possible this is a permissions issue on their end.

    I am testing it in gmail, my academia (*.edu outlook) email, yahoo and hotmail. None of them showing it. I don’t think it is a permissions issue on their end.

    Can you copy the url of the image in the email and make sure that url is live on the web.

    Here is the screenshot of an email. This was a you have a new order email sent to admin and a customer order email. The icons at the bottom and images are not showing up.

    Another issue: The new order emails come to the admin email
    However, the customer is not receiving a order processing email when they place an order. I sent a test email to my self through the “send preview email” It comes to me but does not go to the customer.

    Update: emails are coming now but images are still broken.

    You would need to upload a screen shot to a sharing site then link to it, for example: https://imgbb.com/

    But can you get me the exact url that is in the emails you are sending for your image so that we can verify it’s publicly accessible? and using https.

    I’m having this problem now too. Started April 7th, images were fine, but with the state of things I wasn’t able to troubleshoot right away. I can see the image in Email Customizer in Woo, if I send a test email from within Email customizer I can see the image but it the email is just sent normal as part of an order, it’s shows the broken image icon. I use Gmail, but my coworkers are using other email clients. I’ve confirmed that the images are there.

    That url took me to a page not found. How are you uploading your images?

    are you using an STMP service that could be filtering your emails and URLs?

    Same as I always have. However, images in question have been in place for over three years. We did do a migration in early march to a new hosting provider, however issue started occurring a month later on April 7th. OUr sysadmin says he didn’t change anything, but he does that, and he and I can both access the images. BUt may still be a security issue?

    Actually sorry, I just tried, and I cannot see it. And I relogged in as admin, and still cannot see it, but I can see it in WP, in Email Customizer. TO be clear, if someone has the direct URL, no matter what, they can see the image? I swe3ar we were able to see it via the URL last week, and our marketing director said he saw them briefly in the emails too. Hate intermittent issues… But I will be VERY honest. Our sysadmin does things and then doesn’t admit to it. SO if there are no other answers, I/we have to focus on the migration to a new hosting environment where he now has more control…
