Product import fail: Invalid catalog visibility

There is a similar issue which was fixed by editing the CSV file and updating ‘Taxable’ and ‘Visible’ to ‘taxable’ and ‘visible’.

Can you try the same with your CSV file and see if it helps?

If that doesn’t work then please share the CSV file with us so we can take a closer look. You can use Google Drive or another file sharing platform to share the file.

I saw that post and tried changing to small letters, but did not work.

Fixed issue, changed the visibility option from “1” to “visible”.

@shaonback2 now that you’re here though, how do I change the “slug” in the csv? Im aware that its “post_name”, however when trying to import in wordpress, its confusing which option in the dropdown list to choose for this “post_name”, please see screenshot.

Out of the box, the built-in product importer/exporter doesn’t include product slug. If you see post_name in your importer, it is likely added in by another plugin. You can view the core WooCommerce’s product CSV import schema here:

To enable to import Slug via CSV file, it looks like this article shares a custom snippet to add slug to importer. I would recommend using a plugin like?Code Snippets?to add the snippet to your site.
