Product In Stock but Feed says Out of Stock

    I’m running version 11.9.5 of Product Feed PRO for WooCommerce and had no issues before. It seems some or at least one product will not get updated in the feed from out of stock to in stock.

    I have refreshed the feed but shows still out of stock

    Is there any know issues?

    EDIT: The feed has now been updated the product stock status to In Stock after these changes:

    – Unchecked the box “Refresh only when products changed” under General Feed Settings

    – The stock of the product was changed 6->0->6

    Questions:

    – Does “Refresh only when products changed” also include when products get in or out of stock?

    – Can the issue be if product inventory are changed by REST API? Before changing the product in stock number I did refresh manually the feed and it still didn’t update the product to In Stock.

    That is correct, when products are changed using the REST API than these changes are not being detected by our plugin and it will assume nothing has changed and thus not update your feed.

    I have the same problem but my “Refresh only when products changed” was not checked and by checking and unchecking it still doesent work.

    It is not possible for us to track changed made through the REST API so unfortunately this will not be fixed.

    I have used your plugin over a year and it’s first now I have noticed this. Are you sure that it has never worked before?

    Any update on this issue?

    As @wpsolen mentioned it seems also changing the price does not take affect if the changes are med from wordpress back end.

    So stock status och price is not updated for the moment.

    If you can not give us when this can be resolved we need to switch to different plugin.

    Unfortunately, this will not be “fixed”. Our plugin is only capable of registering product changes that are made through the product edit pages.
