You could enable that option from “Premium” area of the “Options” tab by setting “Product Inquiry Form” to “Yes” (please note that this is a premium feature).

You could use the following shortcode to disable the catalog layout types:

[product-catalogue id="4" excluded_layouts="Detail,List" starting_layout="Thumbnail"]

You could use the following Custom CSS to hide the icons.

.upcp-details-toggle-icon,.upcp-list-toggle-icon,.upcp-thumb-toggle-icon {
    display: none;

according the product inquiry form, I really need help how to use it. is there a basket for the products? I’ve enabled the feature in the options, but I have no idea how the user can use or see it.

Hi Moritz,

In “Catalogue Skin Styling” (under “Styling” –> “Catalogue” tab), if you set it to “Default” or “Block”, you should then see an ‘Inquire’ button on the catalogue which will allow the user to add multiple items to the Inquiry cart.

Ah thank you! I found it!
But now I have some special questions:
– I need to select different articles in the inquiry cart with different amounts. Is that possible? It’s really a main-fact for me. People can rent some event-equipment from me, so they should be able to select e.g. 2 tables and 4 chairs ….
– How to change the color and the icon of the “inquire”-button?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to display the amount of products in product inquiry cart. We look forward to implement something like this in the future. Customers can still use the “Message” option in the product inquiry form to provide the information on number of products that are required.

To change the color of the inquire button, please navigate to the following tab in your plugin dashboard: “Styling” –> “Catalogue” and look for “Details Font Icon Color” and “Custom ‘Details’ Image” otpions. Make sure you select the “Details Image Type” as “Font Icon”. Any changes you make in these options will change the color and the icon of the “Inquire” button.

It is not possible for us to say if or when we might implement certain feature requests. It would depend on many factors, including interest, difficulty, availability, other issues, etc.
