    i got this error in the form
    Product Inquiry Form
    [contact-form-7 404 “Not Found”]?
    I have installed contact-form-7, I have also checked yes for Product Inquiry Form in the options tab.
    Since the field was not present in the add new products page I created a custom field for that purpose. None of this has had any effect. Stil get the error message. I am trying out the premium version hoping this will suit my needs and it looks promising. But I need the Product Inquiry Form to work.

    Any suggestions on how to proceed?

    1) What “Product Page Type” are you using (under Options->Premium)?

    2) Also, if your site is online, can you send us the URL?

    I am using Tabbed Product Page.

    I am sorry, but the site is not live yet. Only on localhost.

    Hello ninasaether,

    There could be a couple of reasons why this is happening. In order to troubleshoot the same could you try the following:

    1) Make sure to update both the plugins to the latest version.
    2) One reason that contact form 7 is not found might be because it wasn’t installed properly, try deleting the plugin completely and reinstalling a fresh copy of the same.
    3) Select No for Customer inquiry form and Save it. And then select Yes and save. Please make sure that your selection is getting saved.
