Google Search Console was throwing up structured data errors on the translated URL. However, there was no such Error on the original URL. So, I contacted support to look into the issue.
However, instead of fixing the issue, the support executive started showing me errors in the structured data as seen on the translated page. I told them that there is no error in the Original URL where Rank Math correctly inserts the data and the error happens only in the translated URL. Yet, the support kept saying me that I should contact RankMath for the issue.
If there are no errors in the original URL where Rank Math is entering the Structured Data and then Gtranslate processes those URLs and then the error shows up? Who will you hold accountable? Rank Math for correctly inserting the Structured data. Or Gtranslate for messing up the data while processing the URL?
Even if I accept their argument that Rank Math was causing the issue. But the issue was happening on the translated URL and they don’t provide login details for the translated URL backend. How would Rank Math troubleshoot the issue without having access to the WP backend?
