Product is good, support is not that good

  • Hi,
    I was asked to do a quick review just before, coincidentally I was in the course of writing into the forum yesterday, when I noticed, that almost none of the questions have been tackled.
    So this is my biggest wish for christmas: please try to react to the forum entries.
