    I have had a look at the screenshot now. This is indicative of a conflict, either from your theme or another plugin.

    I would recommend that you temporarily switch to another default WordPress theme, like Storefront, and disable all your plugins except for WooCommerce core, and see if that resolves the issue. If the issue goes away, you would need to re-enable your features one by one until it breaks again, and then reach out to the author of the conflicting plugin for further help.
