We need to show some product meta on the order invoice, but the field that we want to show the value on doesn’t seem to be available on the dropdown, what can we do in that case?

Could you please share a screenshot to help us understand the issue better? Specifically, let us know which product meta field isn’t appearing in the dropdown. Have you tried checking the meta field from this link?

Additionally, could you confirm which version of the plugin you are currently using? This information will allow us to offer more targeted assistance.

We’re using Version 3.7.17, it’s actually difficult for me to say which meta field it is because I don’t see it on the dropdown. The options that appear on the dropdown is the list of settings for the input field, as opposed to the value for the input field.

Effectively we are using a plugin called Product Input Fields for WooCommerce Pro (by Tyche) to allow customers to add text into a field which comes through on the back-end, and appears on our current invoices (we’re wanting to switch invoicing plugins).

    Hi,

    Thanks for your clarification.

If you using the Product Input Fields for WooCommerce Pro plugin, it’s product meta should be visible like this this screenshot – link. You can choose the specific product meta you want to display on the invoice from this section.

If you do not get the product meta from this plugin, please contact us from here for technical support – https://webappick.com/contact/.

    Thank you.

Thanks, I thought that was the right option too, however that just shows the default value for that input field, instead of the value the user added to the field.

    Hi Ahmed

That didn’t resolve the issue, as I said it shows the default value for the field, and not the value the user inputted
