    Hi,

    I created a woo-commerce site but on my shop page, there is a blank showing “Product limit credit purchase” and am unable to figure it out.

    What can be the issue?

  • The message will be coming from one of your plugins, but not WooCommerce.

    If you don’t know which, deactivate your plugins one-by-one (not WooCommerce) and check until the message dissappears.

    Next, ask at the forum or support service for that plugin. This forum is aimed at the core WooCommerce plugin.

    Hi there,

    @lorro is spot on – the core WooCommerce plugin doesn’t have any code that would account for that message and it’s likely coming from one of your plugins. To check which one, the easiest would be to work through a conflict test as outlined at https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/.

    Once you’ve isolated which one is powering that message, you’ll want to reach out to the respective support team to take a closer look.
