Product Link Not working

    Hi, hope someone can help …

    I installed this plug-in and was very pleased with it, however, the product link on the template settings doesn’t work. If I copy and paste the code it doesn’t appear. The other templates are fine, but it’s the product link I would like.

    I’ve attached the web page above, if anyone knows anything about code (I don’t!) However, I can tell that there is text in the HTML box but nothing in the CSS box. Could this be causing the problem? Although I’m not quite sure what code I’m supposed to enter …

    Any help would be more than appreciated.

  • Your link points to your administration page, which nobody can see unless they have a login to your WordPress.

    Dear @victoriajbrown,

    There is no CSS added by us actually for default ProductLink template. In order to make it work:
    1. Select Visual mode of default WordPress editor(TinyMCE)
    2. Select a word from text & then hit the search button.
    3. Select any one product from pop-up & add a shortcode.

    Please re-open this thread if you face any issue after this.
