Product list in analytics

    Hello,

    Is the free version supports the product list data in analytics?
    Your plugin is installed and the code is generated solo by your plugin (works).
    The problem is that the only data that we see is :
    1)Sessions with Check-Out
    2)drpoffs
    The E-commerce Overview section not showing any data at all.
    Product Performance section is empty as well

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us!

    We did a quick look of your store & found the following outcomes:

    1. You are using Child theme on your store & it seems highly customized & as we have mentioned in the description of our plugin; the free version of our plugin is not fully compatible with the child/custom theme.

    2. In the plugin configuration, you gave the store name in the option “Set Domain Name” option.(screenshot) which result into “No HTTP response detected”

    In the settings tab, keep the default option “auto” for the “Set Domain Name” option (screenshot).

    3. “Product List Performance” report is only available in the premium version of our plugin.
