When I try to scroll down my product list in the backend of my website everything scrolls down apart from my product list, as if it’s sticky, meaning I can only see the top 5 products on each page and can’t save changes when I quick edit. I’m unsure how to solve this issue and any advice would be helpful.

  • Hi there @lesterfreshwater ??

Welcome to WooCommerce Support! I’d be happy to help you with this.

This is odd. Could you elaborate further on when it started, and under what circumstances, please? By the way, what did you already try before reaching out?

To get an idea of how your site is configured, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status, as exemplified here? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

    Hi @lesterfreshwater,

I’ve managed to fix it. It was caused due to using the beta product editing.

Thank you for getting back to us and for letting us know that you’ve managed to resolve the issue. I’m glad to hear that you were able to identify the beta product editing as the cause.

I wanted to share with you that I’ve tested the same process on our end using the latest versions of WordPress, WooCommerce, Storefront theme, and the “Try new product editor (Beta)” option enabled, without any other plugins enabled. However, I was unable to reproduce the problem.

This could mean that the issue may be specific to your site or due to a conflict with another plugin or theme. If you encounter any similar issues in the future, I would recommend disabling all other plugins and switching to a default theme like Storefront to see if the issue persists. If it does, then the issue might be with the WooCommerce plugin itself or your site’s settings. Here’s a handy guide on testing for conflicts: ?? How to Test for Plugin and Theme Conflicts.

Feel free to reach out to us if you have any more questions or need further assistance. We’re here to help!
