Product List responsive Views Help

Can you help to point us in the right place where we find the class named responsive that is (somehow) added to the .product-list, body div.product-list list class of the product list “tables?” We are looking to change the break points but the responsive class selector is “added” to the above div [programmatically] and we are not sure if this is done via javascript of by some filter, maybe.
