Product Lists not loading

Hi –
I have created a “New” label to put, unsurprisingly, on new products to highlight them. I am loving the new feature that also adds this to the product page image too!
However, I have just added another new product, so have gone to my product list to add it – the badge shows up but when I click on edit all I get is the shaded out screen with the blue “whirling circles” on top. I have left it for over 10 minutes and still nothing. But it has worked before.

I just installed the plugin for a client. When I try to add a first product to the new list I’m getting an error in the browser console
{“code”:”rest_no_route”,”message”:”No route was found matching the URL and request method.”,”data”:{“status”:404}}
The plugin was installed with the site password protected on WP Engine hosting. To try to resolve the issue I switched off the password protection, deactivated and activated the plugin, and tried again to add the first product to a list – I’m getting still the same error.
Please reply, the client is waiting.
