Product Long Description is not showing

    Hello!

    I am having some issues with WooCommerce. The long product description is not showing on some of my product pages even though I set it up. Please see the links below.

    Things I have already tried:
    1) Disabled all the plugins, but Woocommerce. Still not showing the long description.
    2) Changed the theme to the WordPress basic theme. Still not showing the long description.
    3) Rolled back to older version of WooCommerce (7.0.0, 7.0.1). Still not showing the long desctiption.

    Please help me! ?? Thank you very much in advance.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I understand that the product’s long description is not displaying on your site.

    Can you please check if this is happening to all your products or for certain products only? If you could please check as well if there is any pattern to this? Like, same product type, same categories, etc.

    Meanwhile, I’d like to understand your site properly, can you please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Hello Everyone!

    I have found out what cased this problem. It was quite simple and it should have been one of the first things to check.

    I have checked the HTML description and noticed that it is not a “normal” text but there were a lot of <div> containers like the ones below:

    <div class=”container product-main-content”>
    <div class=”woocommerce-tabs wc-tabs-wrapper”>
    <div id=”tab-description” class=”woocommerce-Tabs-panel woocommerce-Tabs-panel–description panel entry-content wc-tab” role=”tabpanel” aria-labelledby=”tab-title-description”>

    Just deleted the <div> containers and wrote “basic, normal” description without <div> containers.
