I transferred my site from one domain to another by using localhost.sql file. In the process I forgot to backup my plugin information. Now that I re-installed this plugin, my meta groups were not transferred properly. I’m able to see the groups in my product pages and product editing pages under “Select Personalized meta”. But, I’m not able to see my list of Existing Product Meta, and therefore I’m not able to edit my groups anymore.
Also I’m not able to see the new meta groups I’m creating in Existing Product Meta list, but they do appear in the drop down list under “Select Personalized meta” on the product editing pages. What can I do?

I haven’t moved my site, I haven’t done anything, and all of a sudden I have the same symtoms:

The meta groups are visible on the product backend settings and on the products in frontend, but they won’t show up in the plugin settings – so I can’t change them…

It works to export the meta groups to a csv-file. Everything is there as it should. I haven’t tried to import the file again (I don’t want to damage my installation, in case).

Just installed the plugin and I’m also suffering the same issue of not being able to edit (or see) Existing Product Meta.

I also exported the meta groups to a csv-file. I also tried to import the file, but nothing changes. I still can’t see Existing Product Meta, but it shows on shop pages.
