Product missing after filtering

You can try to enable “Template ajax load fix” option in plugin settings.
We will fix this problem in next plugin release.

i have the same problem.
The problem is in remove_hidden function in woocommerce-filters.php file.
Product visibility was converted to taxonomy (previously post meta).
You can fix this?
