Product missing from it’s category-page

    Hi all,

    In my shop there are some products that are not shown on their category-page even though they can be seen on the shop-page. I have compared theit data to a working products and I can not find any difference between them. I also tried to create a custom query where I fetched all the product from a category and there also these products were not found.

    If I open the category-list in admin’s side, I can see the product inside it’s category.

    This is really strange..any ideas what to try next?

  • The shop I’m working on has a similar issue where all our products have the last category checked (Some products have up to 4 categories in the breadcrumb trail). The shop page shows all of the products but some of the parent categories are empty. I’ve noticed that if I check the parent categories as well as the sub categories it seems to display on the correct category pages.

    Before it worked fine only checking the last sub category.

    I have the same problem. The products do not appear on the pages of their category.

    Edit: My problem was some kind of incompatibility with Elementor Pro.

    Hi @liquid8

    I would first suggest flushing any caching plugins and server side cache. We have seen some category display issues related to that.

    Also, just as Francisco mentioned, if the caching doesn’t work, I’d suggest plugin conflict testing to see if there’s any compatibility issues on your site.

    After the most recent WooCommerce update, this issue seems to have been resolved for my case.
