product name with dash symbol converted to unicoded

  • I have a product named as ALCONA Safety Shoe – Leather / 1000 Series, but when I click on enquiry form for the product, the dash on the product name is converted to this – and it will become like ALCONA Safety Shoe – Leather / 1000 Series . Can disable this auto convert?

    Maybe it’s getting converted here, too, but the two names you wrote appear identical to me

    I’m not sure what shortcode you’re using but some do get sanitized for security.
