    I’ve tried to reproduce this issue, in Firefox and Chrome, and cannot reproduce it. For me, items add to the cart with emojis in the text.

    In order for us to troubleshoot further, you will need to provide more information about your particular installation. Version of: WP, Woo, Gift Wrapper, PHP version, and which browser you are using. Also, you should try basic WordPress troubleshooting and let me know how that went (you’ll need to leave WooCommerce and WooCommerce Gift Wrapper active when deactivating plugins, to determine if another plugin, or maybe your theme, is interfering with form submission including emojis).

    Are you still there? I hope you’re doing well and just happily busy.

    I took a look and see the problem on your site, but haven’t been able to reproduce the issue on my end. So I suspect a plugin or theme conflict. You’ll need to briefly try changing themes to a basic WP theme to see if that sorts it out, and if not, briefly deactivate plugins other than WooCommerce and Gift Wrapper on your site, then reactivate one-by-one, to narrow down which plugin it might be causing an issue. This isn’t a common issue, or one I’ve ever heard of before, so I’m still suspecting it’s something unique to your installation. Please let us know if you plan to pursue this issue, and if so what progress in troubleshooting you have made. Otherwise, we will close this topic if it remains unanswered.
