product not found

    I am trying to add the waterproof case in the product field. When I type the first 3 characters (wat) of the product name, several product names appear in the available list, but “waterproof case” is not listed. Please help.

    Hi,

    the free version product rule do not allow you to select Variable product in the rule so if your Waterproof-case is variable product it will not be available for selection
