    I have received massage from FB that my products do not sync. Report states that Initial product sync …has invalid format. Actualisation schedule in FB Manager shows that they sync every third session. Can you please explain/check! Wes

    First, my sincere apologies for the delay here, we’re more than a little swamped with support requests lately, as you may be able to imagine. That said, we’ve recently added to our team and pulled in some reinforcements, so we’re working to bring that delay down.

    Since it has been a few days since this topic was created, would you please share which version of the plugin you are using (the latest is 2.0.5) and if you are still having this issue?

    If so, would you please share a little bit more about what you are experiencing? Any error messages or screenshots you could share would be very helpful!
