Hi Support, I hope you can help me. Have installed your WP External Links, however, we have not been able to get it to work.

A good example page is: https://hikesandmotorbikes.com/best-motorcycle-rides-of-europe/
as this has some comments that have external links.

We have added your technical information below:

We have 3 items in our code snippets, which I disabled but unfortunately, this made no difference.

Code Snippets
=============
Remove noreferrer from existing tags
Prevent WordPress from adding noreferrer to links
Author Bio HTML code enable in admin

The first two of these snippets, our advisors told us that this is what we needed to keep Google and Amazon happy.

The third one is so we can place our own HTML code in our authors BIOs, which works fine.

We have tried clearing cache in WP, Server, Browser, and have tried several browsers, but still no joy.

We are not opening a new window when we click on the Comments Author’s link.

And not 100% sure of how we should be setting up your product for Amazon and Google.

And if we can get it to work, if we still need the 3 “code snippets” I mentioned above.
