Product option (auction) not showing

  • Hi,

    I installed your plugin and when I load a “new product page” (to create a product), it VERY briefly shows the auction product option, but as soon as the page is loaded, I cannot select it. Only simple, variable and grouped products can be chosen.

    The plugin is installed correctly I think, because I can see the email settings and so.

    I just can’t make a product an auction.

    Hi @markvdheijden ,

    Strange to hear this problem. We would need to understand first why is it happening and for that could you please answer following questions:

    1. Could you please share WooCommerce System Report? It can be found – WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Get System Report.

    2. Have you installed the plugin inside Network site or child site?

    Hi @markvdheijden ,

    Apologies for a delayed reply. We missed out on the follow-up. Are you still facing this issue? We were not able to reproduce this in our test environment.

    Could you please try below things:

    1)Deactivate Ultimate WooCommerce Auction Plugin and reactivate.

    2)Activate a default theme (other than your active theme) and check if this error is still there or not. If the issue is not there then probably there is some conflict with the theme. We would need the theme file if it is paid.

    3)Deactivate all plugin except Ultimate WooCommerce Auction Plugin and WooCommerce plugin. And then check if it is working.
