Product Order

Hi, i have just purchased the pro version and have added the shortcode, which works great, however, it does not display the products in the correct order, i have a display and sort plugin installed where i have ordered the products how i want them, they show in this order on hte shop page, but your carousel displays them i think as date added, can you offer any help?
