Product Order on Shop Page

    Hello,

    I am creating an online store (currently only 6 products), however the order in which the items are displaying are not correct.

    I have manually input the menu order each item should be, and I have specified Default product sorting (custom ordering) in the theme customiser and it hasn’t made a difference.

    Someone suggested I regenerate the product lookup tables and it hasn’t made a difference.

    Any ideas where I’m going wrong here?

    I wanted to make sure we’re on the same page here. Is this the main product archive that you’re trying to sort? Is it created using shortcodes, blocks or some type of page builder or just the regular archive?

    Hi there!

    Yes, it’s the main ‘shop’ page I need help with.

    It’s created using the Divi theme builder and WooCommerce.

    Hey @jenmehta40,

    Thanks for letting me know. When you change the sorting preference in the customizer, does it appear to work there? It should change the preview to match the new settings. Here’s a quick GIF to show what I mean.
