Product Page Admin Broken

I recently implemented a new theme for a client and in the process had to update WP (multi-site), WooCommerce and all other plugins by several versions. The theme is The Retailer by Get Bowtied.
Everything looks great, but I realized that when I try to add or edit a product, nothing works. The Product Data panel is completely expanded out, it doesn’t save entries and I can’t add variations. It actually looks the way that panel does when the page is still loading and the content hasn’t yet collapsed into tabs. In fact, I am unable to collapse, expand or rearrange any panels on the page. This only occurs with products–posts and pages work fine.
I have tried updating and reinstalling plugins and the theme and deactivating all plugins to see if there is a conflict, but nothing has helped.
My dev site (single-site) works perfectly fine with the same version of WP, theme and same active plugins.
Any ideas? Would appreciate your help so much!
