• Hello and thanks for your help.

All of a sudden, product pages content for this website of mine are aligned to the left.
How do I get to center the content?

    Many thanks,

    Federico

    Hi Frederico,

    Thanks for using Modern Store.

I see the content centered on the page when I visit now: https://screenshot.competethemes.com/d5u0le97

Have you found a solution or do you still need assistance?

    Hey Ben,

    many thanks for your reply.
What you saw is the same page substituted by an Elementor template, sorry I thought that was still a draft.

Thing is, I really would like to switch back to the original version of the page, because it loads a bit faster, and I also prefer the original design.

I now removed the elementor template so that you can check again. I will keep it like that untill tomorrow morning my time (EU central), but I include here a screenshot:

I’m experiencng the issue on any product page and on the shop page as well.

    Thanks again,

    I’m also experiencing another issue:

Product sizes appear scattered, even if selecting Attributes>Size>Default sort order = Custom order and sorting by drag & drop in the product page.

    Many Thanks

    Thanks for the extra details.

Can you try temporarily disabling the plugins on your site and then check how the site looks? You won’t lose any data by disabling the plugins – all settings will be returned when reactivated.

    Hi Ben,

yeah, looks like there is a conflict with elementor, alignment is centered when the plugin is deactivated. What now? Any solution or should I maintain an elementor product page?

Could you provide support also for the Product sizes sorting (see my previous post), that doesn’t depend on the same conflict as the problem persist also after deactivating elementor.

    Many thanks,

    F

Are you using one of the page templates provided by Elementor? Like the fullwidth or Canvas templates? That could explain why the content ends up in the top left corner against the header.

Could you show me where you’re finding the option to sort products via a custom attribute like size? This isn’t a feature normally included in WooCommerce.

    Hi Ben,

    please read my reply below:

Are you using one of the page templates provided by Elementor?

No I created 2 templates: one for the header and one for the footer.

Could you show me where you’re finding the option to sort products via a custom attribute like size? This isn’t a feature normally included in WooCommerce.

I’m sorting products by the drag & drop on the Woocommerce product dashboard, honestly I though that this is a standard feature.

I’m attaching a screenshot, as you can see, the sizes follow a certain order in the backhand but appear scattered on published product pages (both elementor and theme product page).

I see what you mean with the size order now. Try dragging and dropping them into a different order and then back again. I was able to recreate a bug with WC where changing the dropdowns didn’t work unless I also reorder the items with the drag-and-drop feature as well.

Unfortunately, it looks like the way Elementor’s header and footer options are working, they’re replacing a lot of important code needed for Modern Store to display properly. I can add enhanced support for Elementor in an upcoming update, but for now, you’ll need to either stick with the header and footer provided by Modern Store, or use Elementor for everything.
