Product page doesn’t refresh after bidding

We have tested bid place functionality with the Ultimate Auction for WooCommerce plugin. Please review the below test case. You will get an idea of AJAX settings.

Bid place without AJAX
———————–

-> Admin creates auction product.
-> User 1 and user 2 both open the same auction product.
-> User 1 places a bid on the auction product. At that time page loads, update the current bid on the product page and bid history table.
-> If User 2 wants to check the latest bid for the auction product, user 2 has to refresh the page manually. After that it shows the latest bid data.

Bid place with AJAX
———————

-> Admin enables the “Enable Ajax update for latest bidding” option from the auction setting. This setting is for bidding Information.
-> User 1 and User 2 both open the same auction product.
-> User 1 places a bid on the auction product. At that time page loads, update the current bid on the product page and bid history table.
-> The current bid data is also updated for User 2 automatically. User 2 does not need to refresh the page, the plugin will load the bid data automatically for all users who open the auction product.

We have tested bid place functionality with AJAX and without AJAX. The product page refreshes properly after placing a bid. Please answer the below queries. It will help us to fix this issue.

Hello. Thanks a lot for the explanation. Was very good. She was even doing as indicated, using active ajax. The value updates for other users on the site, but the bidder’s page does not update. We have checked the video you have shared. The current bid is not updated for the user who has placed a bid and bid data is updated for other users who have opened the auction product. We have checked this query in the latest version of the ultimate auction for WooCommerce plugin. We did not find this type of issue in the auction plugin. The bidding functionality works properly.

Your WordPress site has a theme and many plugins installed, it might be possible that due to some JavaScript conflict on your site, this error is happening.

1) Could you please do the following and let us know its result:

Activate the auction plugin and then one by one, please deactivate other plugins installed on your website and see if this error goes away. When you find the plugin on whose deactivation, this error goes away, then please share with us the plugin name so that we can test ourselves and check the issue.

2) You are using the Woodmart Child theme on your site. The Woodmart is paid theme. Could you please share the theme zip (Parent and child theme)? So, that we can install and test it in-house.

3) You are using an old version of the Woocommerce plugin. Please update the Woocommerce plugin to the latest version on your site.
