Jigoshop: Product Page not Active

  • Hi,

    I have just installed two Jigoshop plugins: Jigoshop and Jigoshop Product Add-ons.

    When I have tried setting up a simple product, two issues occur. The first being that the page is not interactive at all. I can’t select any of the options on the page- any of the quantity selections or even add to my cart. The second issue is that the product page is not incorporating my site header and footer.

    Has anyone else come across these issues and found anyway to fix this? Thanks very much in advance.

    UPDATE:
    If I delete the div class ‘sku’ in inspect element, the page is then active. Just incase this helps anyone in assisting me.
