Product Page Not Found

    Hello,

    I installed Product Catalog on my website last year, and it has worked fine until I recently uploaded new products. Whenever I click on a link to access details on a product I receive I’m directed to an error page, which says, “This Page Cannot Be Found.” It is the same for every new product I created. The old products still work.

    For some reason, Product Catalog is not creating the pages for these products, although it is displaying links to them.

    How can I resolve this issue?

    Hello veneer,

    It looks like it might just be that you need to flush your permalinks. Can you try the following and see if it makes a difference?

    – In the main menu (WordPress, not our plugin), go to “Settings > Permalinks”.
    – Scroll down, if needed, and click “Save Changes”. No need to actually make any changes.
    – Rewrite rules and permalinks have now been flushed.

    If that doesn’t do the trick, then does this only happen when you’re using pretty permalinks? If so, you’ll need to contact us by email or via our site (https://www.etoilewebdesign.com/) as that is a premium feature and discussion of the premium version is not allowed in these forums.

    The problem was with the permalink. The pages work now. Thanks!
