Hi, I have visited multiple pages/support forums about how to fix this issue. To be clear, I have done the following:

1. The shop page selected is the default Shop Page
2. I did the resetting of the permalinks (and saved twice)
3. Deactivated all plugins except WooCommerce
4. Cleared my browser cache
5. Also the shop page shows up on my Theme customizations page under the WooCommerce category, yet the page itself is blank.

Thank you for reaching out to WooCommerce support. I visited your website, https://sureshifter.com/shop/, and can see no products displayed.

I looked into the System Status Report that you’ve shared, and I can see that you are using the standard Hello Elementor theme and standard plugins.

I can confirm that this is not an issue with the permalinks because the shop page is empty even when accessing without the pretty URLs.

I also looked into the product-category and product-tag archive pages, and they all returned the same results as the shop page.

I think this could be something to do with the theme. You’ve mentioned:

thank you for your reply. I am just now seeing it for some reason. I did a work around with shortcodes in a different page, so I came up with a workaround since my client needed it pronto.

However, I do have another site: bmoreyou.net. It had a functional shop page (built and functioning since January 2020) that now no longer shows up (it too is blank). I am using elementor with the daydream child theme. To be clear. It worked just fine and then suddenly stopped working. https://www.bmoreyou.net/shop/

Now the page is completely blank — even on the backend? Not sure what happened? Have you heard of such things happening?

Hi @snakelyone

Sometimes, other plugins can interfere with WooCommerce. Try deactivating all other plugins except WooCommerce and Elementor, and see if the problem persists. If the issue is resolved, reactivate the plugins one by one to identify the culprit. You may also check if it’s with the theme by switching to a default theme and see if the issue is gone. Also, try to disable Elementor in case it’s the one having conflicts.

I see that others are having this problem and I do not see solutions past this. Fortunately, I have done a work around, but I think there is some kind of bug with woocommerce and elementor, as it is my elementor site shop pages that suddenely stopped working. Thanks for trying at least…i think it is a bigger problem than mine…

You bet. I used product short codes, but even that had a bug (instead of a single product code, it showed all the products) — the work around for that was using tags. My client’s inventory is not completely up at this point, but I had it all up and it worked great. Now he has to make production equal his web orders.

I eliminated the “store” page and put buy buttons on our products page: https://sureshifter.com/products/

the shortcode for the first block is: [products tag=”Razor”] — and it lists/shows all the products I tagged Razor…

I understand that you created a custom “Shop” page, at https://sureshifter.com/products/, where you are using shortcodes for targeting groups of products you need.

As an alternative, consider utilizing WooCommerce Blocks, instead of shortcodes. The Products by Tag, or the Hand-picked Products, blocks are two of the available ones, that can prove handy in the site’s workflow.

That said, as the “Shop” page is still live, and empty, at https://sureshifter.com/shop/, consider instructing WooCommerce to use the custom “Products” page instead. Linked here is the related documentation on how to do so.

thanks for the reply. I am using elementor so not gutenberg blocks, not sure if the pluin will work. I will make the “shop page” a draft. I left it up in case someone could help me. If I make the “products page” the “shop page” then the product page becomes empty of content too. I tried that already.
