Product page review section shows only wc default design

    Hey guys, cant find the solution to following issue.

    1. installed the plugin
    2. activated reviews on woocommerce settings and on product level, activated CusRev interface and also actived this option: ”?Display a review form on product pages.”
    3. review section on product page shows up, but only plain default woocommerce design, no q&a, nothing..

    Any idea where the issue is to be found?

    Im using OceanWP theme.

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    Can you please share some screenshots of the issue or your product page URL? Does the product have some reviews and the reviews section displayed there?

    If you want to display Q&A tab, you should enable the option “Questions and Answers” on the settings page Reviews > Settings > Q&A.

    I tried installing this plugin and got the error, please install a new wordpress and this plugin to see the error

    Can you please enable WP debug log and share the error message here? Read more in this documentation https://www.ads-software.com/documentation/article/debugging-in-wordpress/

    The review interface cannot be displayed as shown in the photo

    You need to go to Reviews > Settings > Review Extensions tab:
    – Visual Style: CusRev (enhanced user interface)
    – Enable Review Summary Bar option

    Go to Reviews > Settings > Review Forms > Enable option “Attach Images/Videos”.
