Product Page Showing All SubCategories

Hello,
Am having dramas with how the Product Page is displaying.

I want ONLY the Parent Categories to be on Display, but it is showing every single category parents and subcategories. View site page here:

My client wants to solely have the Parents on the Product Page, then when a parent is chosen they go to that Parent Page where the Subcategories for that parent are given, and then when they choose a subcategory they are taken to that page where the items can be found for that subcategory.

But I cannot seem to make it work using each of the settings in the Presentation section.

Please help.
