Product Page Text updates

Does anybody know how the change the following text elements at the bottom of the product page where the Grand Total / Options Total is?
Any help would be much appreciated.I would like to add VAT details, I know how to do this for the product price itself but not the total lower down….for example change from:
Options Total: ￡xxxxx
Grand Total: ￡xxxxx
to:
Options Total including VAT: ￡xxxxx
Grand Total including VAT: ￡xxxxx
