• Hi. I’ve been developing a new website with this theme. I have used it before in conjunction with WooCommerce, and I enjoy it very much.

Some of my product feature videos. I mainly use Google Chrome as a web browser, so I had no idea this issue existed until now. Whenever a FireFox user goes onto one of my web pages that has a video, the video goes off the screen.

I have both my product description and my videos in the short description, so they show up on the right hand column next to the product images.

This is an example product from my website:
    https://regalities.com/product/stunning-14k-white-gold-8ct-fancy-briolette-cut-green-amethyst-diamond-ring-8-25/

If you open this in FireFox the video goes off screen, similar to this:

I zoomed out so that you could see how far the video is coming from the side.

How can I fix this problem? I could just put all of my videos in the product description field, but I would rather have the photos, description, and video all within roughly one screen block.

I managed so some-what fix the problem. If i change the width to 650 on the videos, they seem to line up with the right hand column in FireFox. I’m not sure why this is happening, but for the time being I’ll just have to manually resize my videos for FireFox users. Would still appreciate some info on how to fix this without having to manually change the video dimensions.

    Hey,
If you use the themes plugin “virtue toolkit” you can click the add youtube video button. Which will allow you to add a video url and when you place that widget it will automatically be responsive. So it can’t go off screen.

I can see your site so I am assuming you are using Vimeo or youtube.
