I am using free Customizr with Woocommerce.
I do not seem to be able to get sub-categories and/or products in to the main menu.
Is that only available in Pro?
(I cannot access Customizr web site to see – it seems to be down)
    Temporary lcoation of suet is:

Sorry for typos! I have a temporary location of ‘site’ not ‘suet’ ??

    Hello Woody,
mmm nope you should be able to do that.
    What’s exactly the issue?
Can’t you see them in Appearance -> Menus (the theme doesn’t interfere with that section) or what?

It will allow main pages, and categories but not sub-categories or products (they don’t appear on the left hand side as options)

Ok this is theme unrelated, IMHO.
Do you have this issue just with this theme?

    (@woody60)

    Yes.
Other themes I have used allow these sub-menus

    Look,
I still don’t get your issue.
Menu items are not available in Appearance -> Menus ?
If not, I don’t think it’s theme related.
If you can build a menu with those categories but you cannot see them in the live menu then.. it might depend on some server settings. Maybe this theme needs more resources.

This theme allows sub-menus, of course.

Thank you for taking the time to help.
I’ve got less than 30 products so far so I don;t think it’s resources.
HOWEVER when I look at your screen shot https://prntscr.com/860umg I think I can see where the problem is.
You are given a Woocommerce menu to edit.
I do not get that – I have to create a new menu and then edit that – no menus to select from – hence the lack of products to link to.
Is it something in Customizer or in Woo that I need to selcet to get this?

Nope, “Woocommerce” is just the name I gave to a new menu. ??
Not sure what’s happening there.. sorry :!

Can anyone help wit this please? I’m committed to this theme but this is a major sticking point.
    To simplify it:
when I go to create a menu I am not offered a list of sub=categories nor a list of product pages from which to chose.
I need them to creat a proper menu.
Can anyone help please? I have made lost of WP sites before but this is the first time i have met this problem.

I can provide screen shots and even admin access if there’s any way of sending a PM.

I have now deactivated all plugins and tried again – same results.
    Anyone any ideas?

    Honestly dunno, cannot reproduce this.
Just switch on a standard theme (like twentyfifteen) for a while with the same wp configuration. Does it still occur?

About pm, this forum doesn’t allow direct contacts, a moderator could come anytime to tell you to consider to hire someone ??

Thanks so much for all your suggestions.
I’ve dropped a line to the developer to see if he has any ideas.
Otherwise I have a good guy in India who may be able to help.
    Thanks again

    Hey Woody,
a doubt. Which wp version are you running?

    Anyway,
if the theme is the culprit (which I cannot reproduce)
you can always temporary switch to another theme, create the menu, back again to customizr and set the menu as main menu or whatever.
Menus are themes independent (clearly menu position is not)
