Product pages lack brand structured data

Currently, WooCommerce doesn’t support these identifiers, but there are plugins out there that support these. Here’s one that seems can do the task: https://wpsso.com/docs/plugins/wpsso/installation/better-schema-for-woocommerce-step-by-step-guide/. We haven’t tried this plugin ourselves, so you might try to see if it’s suitable for your needs.

We don’t have plans to add these fields to core yet, however, you can help to vote for this idea to be implemented to WooCommerce Core here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/22969
