Product pages showing on Black background

    I have added the product catalogue for a website I am working on and it looks great.

    All except for one issue: Where I list all my products under one category, when I click a product to view it, the entire page comes up as a whole page with a black background and white text. It then disappears and you just see the tabbed products page.

    However, sometimes the black background doesn’t go away and it looks unsightly,

    I upgrade both WordPress and plugin software regularly. I have also searched the forum and cannot find any issue similar to mine.

  • Hi dvharrison,

    If you go to Options->Premium and then scroll down to “Lightbox Mode”, is it set to Yes?

    If it is, switch it to No and save changes.

    After reloading your page, does the black popup still show when products are clicked?
