    Hello.

I realized that I don’t have any information of conversions or product performance since some time ago on my GA. After I checked here at your support about possible issues 1) I’ve updated the plugin, 2) checked ‘gtag.js’, 3) acepted Privacy Policy, and 4) disable 3rd party plugins. Now I’ve started again to receive activity -not sales yet-, but on Product Performance I only can see the name of the product, not its variations. Also Product Revenue, Unique Purchases, Quantity, Avg. Price, Avg. QTY are all 0.

Last year 2017, using same plugin, I was able to see on Product Performance section on my GA the name of the products and their variations, also all numbers of their activities.

On this year, I can’t see nothing but the name of the product without variations and all numbers to 0, even if I did points described above.

Do I missed something? Do I need to do something more?

I keep using exactly the same child theme, as past year, no changes on that. Has your plugin behavior changed regarding to use child themes or in another area? ?It’s all of that now a premium feature?

    Thank you.
    Jra

    Hi Jra,

Thank you for writing to us!

We haven’t changed anything with the child theme. The free version doesn’t support the child/custom theme & product variation from the beginning & as we have mentioned in the description & FAQs, we are not providing support for that.

For the product variation name, now we are taking only parent name of the product because it affects the Product performance report (we are not sending Product variation separately in the free version from the beginning. It’s a feature of the premium version only).

For More information, you can contact us directly at analytics2(at)tatvic(dot)com.

    Thanks & Regards,
