Image display problems like that is usually caused by the theme you’re using. Are you still experiencing the same issue after temporarily switching to the default Twenty Seventeen theme?

When looking at the screenshot of missing stylesheet, it seems to be loaded by your WP Members plugin. Have you tried getting in touch with them for more support on that?
